Regardless of health or age, we all need to make decisions about our end-of-life wishes. A Health Care Directive is a legal document that communicates your wishes regarding medical care when you are no longer able to. This workshop will include an informational session about Health Care Directives with experts from medical, legal, social work, and thanatology fields available to answer your questions.

Attendees should bring a government-issued ID.
