In addition to writing my wishes down in a Health Care Directive, should I tell my family members what my wishes are?

When everyone concerned knows what the Principal’s wishes are and there is no one questioning what the Principal actually would have wanted, the wishes specified by the Principal can be carried out without unnecessary delay or hassle.
